It was not easy for me to decide to come to Singapore when I finished my university, for my parents prepared all for me already. But I really did not like the way of life as they prepared, work in a government department and married with a person who would be chosen by my parents, and then, be a housewife…no, I don’t want! So, when I was at the airport of Singapore, I told myself that all my dreams would start at that time, by myself own, I would planned all my life, I was free!
But after graduated here in Singapore, it was a little losing of me. I still remembered that when I told my manager who was a senior manager of Singapore science centre that I don’t like the job as an officer who quite relax everyday but got high pay. He was supervising why I forgive a job who is dreaming for. I told him, I was still young; I would like to come back after my 50 years old…
When I was most lose of myself that time, I met Anita, who was a good friend of me. After she described her job, Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) to me, once again I feel that my dream come up again! All young members, all work as a team, all hard working for high income come out, no fix time to work every day, but depend on personal schedule…why not try?! Also that time I was in need of a successful job to show my parents that the way I have decided was not wrong.
But to tell true that it was not easy for my first three months in Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®), for all was new for me. Talked in English, shy to talk with strangers, no experience to handle objections, and especially that only three small cases have closed. But my manager and my colleagues all gave me the help to help me to work out of my hard period, just as our pledge said, they encouraged me and warm my heart, I never feel alone!
Now I can close case every day, and maximum 11 cases I have closed one day and more than 15,000 submission in one month, I am on the way to success, I am on the way to make my dream to come true.
